In the R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 Residential Zones, the use of a recreational vehicle or manufactured dwelling for dwelling purposes during construction is amended. The amendment would limit the use of a recreational vehicle for dwelling purposes to construction of a new dwelling or to a remodel that makes an existing dwelling uninhabitable during construction.
